Oh what a week!
Last week I had one of those weeks that you just want to forget. The only highlight of my whole week was my nephew Lenox Fast Steadman was born on Jan. 29 2009. OH and my twins turned into big boys by turning three on the 28! The rest of the week was not peachy! BUT this week I am having such a fantastic week! On Monday in chapter at Alpha Phi I got Phi of the week and got recognized for my efforts. You know all you need is a little encouragment when all seems lost. I have had hardly any homework and I am going home this weekend to see my family, which is HIGHLY needed. You can have all the friends in the world, but in the end it is family that will back you up -- Adriana. I will post pictures of my nephew soon. Tonight I took a self defense class and learned how to defend myself. There have been sexual assults more often this month on campus and it is getting to be scary but now I know how to defend myself. I even know how to stab someone if they pull a knife on me. Life is scary, but all you can do is be happy!! Enjoy the pictures above of some of my highlights of my week.

We love you Adriana! Be sure to call me or Cam whenever you need to talk. Also, I'm always up for a road trip down there, so if you ever need a friend, I can be there in 3 hours and 14 minutes. Maybe even less time if they raise the speed limit to 80 mph. Keep up the good work! Before you know it, you'll be a college graduate. :)
