CELEBRITY!
"If I wasn't a celebrity, would you be so good to me! If I didn't have cheese like everyday, would you still wanna be with me?" -*Nsync!
This weekend has been so much fun!!! On Friday Alex came to Cedar and me Bri, and Heather Adams went and hung out. Wingers, Gymnastics meet, then kicking it. Then Alex getting stuck trying to get out in the massive amounts of snow at 1 in the morning. Us pushing him out, then Heather's friend Jesse coming to help him. He got out, then on the freeway his wiper blade on his side came off, he doesn't have defrost, goes under an over pass, nice people help him put it back on... and I am in my bed awake waiting to hear from him. Oh yeah his phone was dying. 3:30 am he makes it to St. George. Thank goodness. Fix your car please!
Saturday, errand running, job hunting then Celebrity party! I went with Bri and Shannon. I dressed as Carmen Sandiego, I am just that awesome. I was only lacking a big massive hat. So at the party Wes tells me when he finds one he will buy it. Good luck with that one!
Sunday (today) Church and kicking it. A good weekend with hardly any homework to do. Love my major! LOVE IT! I am so happy I changed the broadcasting emphasis to Communication Studies. BEST DECISION ever! Pictures are from the night of the Celebrity party. I did not feel like taking my camera into the vicinity for fear of losing it.
Rush went well 7 new girls that I feel will be amazing!!! Tomorrow is our first chapter since Formal chapter at the beginning of the year. I am on the MDC so I get to help out with that. I love my new position. This semester is going to be bomb!
Until next time!!!

:( sick is no fun
Dear Body--
Please do not get sick. I have been feeling icky and tired all week. I would just like to continue my life and finish this semester with out a bug. Yes people say I need to just let it happen, but sick is no fun. Why ever would someone like to be sick? Is it for pity? NO! So all I want to say is DEAR BODY we will go home this weekend and mend.
Love--
Adriana

Thought of the day! ---Via Text Usually---
I love my mom some of my friends from high school have lost their mothers for sicknesses. I could never go through that. I love you mom :)
On another note, gotta love going to bed early on a Saturday!! But I feel that I have successfully managed to stay up past 11 so I think I am safe to put on my jammies and sleep.
Today was an interesting day. Thats all I have to say.
SOME WORDS FOR THOUGHT!
Mmmh
When these pillars get pulled down
It will be you who wears the crown
And I'll owe everything to you
Woooo, woooo
How much pain has cracked your soul?
How much love would make you whole?
You're my guiding lightning strike
I can't find the words to say
They're overdue
I've travelled half the world to say
I belong to you
Woooo, woooo
Then he attacks me like a Leo
When my heart is split like Rio
But I assure you my debts are real
I can't find the words to say
When I'm confused
I travelled half the world to say
You are my muse....
Oooo, woooo

Earthquakes, Power Outages, and Putting Your Make Up on in the Dark!
How to survive college without even trying!
By: Adriana Steadman
2. Wake up early so you can put on your make up just in case the power goes out!
This happened yesterday morning. I have classes at 8am on MWF and 8:30am on TR so I get ready when it is dark outside. BUT usually I have electricity. That was certainly not the case yesterday.
3. Make sure you have a buddy to hold a flashlight for you while you put on your makeup!
Haley had to hold a flash light at the right angle so that I could actually see what I was doing makeup wise. It just adds to your interesting week when you are walking after getting ready in the dark, like the majority of the city, and then you just get on campus and get a text from your other roommate says "power back on" and you just go "REALLY!!? WHY ARE THE FORCES AGAINST ME!"
4. Make sure you have really good people to help you through the week that I call Hell!
My Sisters are there for me all the way! I love them so much! From Earthquakes to Power outages, to bad news about family, to wearing you underwear inside out, and realizing your shirt is backwards... you can always count on them to be there with a flashlight guiding the way to a better day. As always Defy Gravity! Week one of school is not even over, two more classes... this should be interesting!

- When you are sitting in the living room and then all of a sudden the room starts to shake more then it ever has... then you realize its an earth quake... RUN TO THE DOOR FRAME!!!!
